- Start free. Copilot Chat is included at no extra cost with Microsoft 365 business plans. It drafts, summarizes and answers questions about files you give it. The paid seat adds Copilot inside Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, working from your own email, meetings and files.
- Copilot Business is a yearly plan for businesses with up to 300 people, with a one-month free trial. You don’t need it for everyone: give it to the people who spend the most time on email, meetings and documents.
- The savings depend on the jobs you point it at. An agent that drafts quotes from your past quotes saves far more than general chat. That’s what our assessment finds.
