Free email security check
Is your email landing in junk folders, or could someone send email that looks like it came from you? Enter your domain (or just your email address) and see how it’s set up, with a score and what to fix.
What the check looks at
- SPF: the list of services allowed to send email as you, and whether it stays under the 10-lookup limit.
- DKIM: whether your email is signed with your own domain. For Microsoft 365 we look for its two keys.
- DMARC: what receivers do with fake email in your name, and whether you get reports about it.
- Extras: MTA-STS and TLS reporting (encrypted delivery) and DNSSEC.
- Your email provider: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another service, read from your mail records.
Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft now expect SPF, DKIM and DMARC from anyone sending lots of email, so a gap here is a common reason quotes and invoices go to junk.
