- Can an AI read it? Scanned pages and pictures of text look empty to Copilot.
- Sensitive data: Social Security, card and bank numbers or passwords that Copilot would find for anyone with access to the folder.
- Structure: real headings in documents and clean tables in spreadsheets, which help agents find the right answer.
- Up to date: old dates, since an agent will happily quote last year’s prices.
- The file name: Copilot finds files by name too.
